MasterCard customers who purchase the Windows Phone will be able to get access to a brand new application to learn about different savings opportunities.

The MasterCard Easy Savings Program will automatically give users the chance to see which businesses in the area are offering discounts and the savings will be reflected on their next credit card statements. No longer will people have to search through their wallets and dig out coupons. There is also a search feature that will break down companies by category.

“As leaders in providing innovative products and services to small businesses, we are pleased that Microsoft and Monster have joined the MasterCard Easy Savings program,” said Bruno Perreault, head of MasterCard’s small and mid-sized enterprises division. “MasterCard now offers the only automatic savings program that includes online marketing and employee recruitment.”

MasterCard has been introducing other programs meant to give consumers more savings opportunities. The Citi Executive/AAdvantage World Elite MasterCard allows guests to gain access to more than 50 airport lounges free of charge and extends this benefit to family members and two other people as well.
