Bank of America recently came to an agreement with TSYS to provide customers with processing services.
In a release, the processing solutions company said the deal would equip the banking institution with financial and risks management and business intelligence. As it currently stands, TSYS already processes payments for BofA’s small and commercial businesses. The newest agreement will further extend the two company’s relationship and looks to provide better overall service to those who sign up for BofA merchant services-related programs.
“We are thrilled that Bank of America has decided to bring their consumer card processing business to TSYS,” said Philip W. Tomlinson, chairman and chief executive officer of TSYS. “We have managed various aspects of their business over the years, and they are one of our most respected clients.”
BofA was one of many firms that experienced fewer delinquencies on credit card accounts during the month of May. The Wall Street Journal reports that other firms that saw figures fall included American Express, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Capital One.Back To Blog
