Sterling Celebrates Customer Service Week

In 1992, the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October. “Our customer service teams go above and beyond all year long,” said Jill Madaia-Robins, Senior Director of Client Services. “This week, we want to thank them for a job well done.”

In 1992, the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event, celebrated annually during the first full week in October. The week recognizes the importance of customer service and honors the people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism.

Since that time, thousands of companies across the United States and around the world celebrate Customer Service Week. They represent leading financial, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, retailing, hospitality, communications, not-for-profit and educational organizations as well as government agencies and others. What unites them is their profound commitment to quality customer service. Sterling is no exception.

Sterling’s Client Services Department – consisting of Deployment, Merchant Services, Sales Support, Technical Support/ File Builds, Implementation/Relationship Management, and Retention – will be celebrating this week with a series of contests, prizes and special events.
